This is my first week on my personal training. I have done 3 sessions: Monday bight at 7pm, Thursday morning and 7am, and Saturday morning at 9am. Cassandra’s exercise routine was the most fun (Monday) and Terri was the hardest. Saturday was good too. I feel very sore from it, actually. My back and hamstrings (as Valerie predicted) is sore. I also walked over 8000 steps yesterday, probably adding to my soreness.
 
For my pre-assessment, it showed I needed to work on my planks and flexibility (predictable, considering I work in an office).
 
In terms of nutrition, I need at least 1800 calories. I seem to think that is a lot, but then again, perhaps I’ve been under-eating. I am having a hard time eating enough. Plus, with my Risperidone, I wonder if I do need to eat less…

In other news…
I will be in Europe next week! I have been preparing for that, and I am excited. I’ve been doing a great job at work, so I figure I deserve a holiday. I can’t wait to stay at the monastery with the nuns. This will be a great spiritual retreat.
